I went to the soft opening, anytime I go to a soft opening. I go with an open mind the food may not be up to par out the gate. That did not happen here. The food was very good! Lobster Melt (best sandwich in OKC) Chicken egg rolls (very delicious) Combination fried rice (flavorful and tender meat) Oh, the lemonade!! Hands down best I’ve ever had! (Forgot to get a picture) Can’t wait to go back!
Whatever you do, get the watermelon lemonade!!! All are delicious but the watermelon is so refreshing and GOOD!!! This chef is a Food Network champion and has years of experience in the restaurant/food truck industry. This is a new address for him but he’s not new to the game!! I’ve had almost everything he’s ever made! Home of the Lobster Melt... GET IT!! Our recent visit, I got the combination fried rice (chicken, shrimp, and steak), asparagus, fried catfish and okra. You will definitely want to get the fried rice on one of your visits!! There’s not much that you won’t enjoy here!! Seafood wontons, chicken & pancakes, burgers, frog legs, egg rolls, all of it is delicious!! Blackened chicken over rice is also one of my favorites!! Definitely recommend!!
I’ve been following Corey’s page for a WHILE and never could get anyone to go with me to try it. Finally went and grabbed the lobster melt, okra, and mac n cheese with a strawberry Fanta. I’m weird about textures so I wasn’t sure if I was playing myself getting the lobster melt or not but man, it melts in your mouth. So good! My only suggestion would be to offer a spicy version. Okra was perfection and to boot I got THE BEST part of the Mac n cheese with the “burnt” part. It was so good I wanted to go order another one lol. Whoever said his food is too salty probably thinks pepper is spicy. 12/10 will be (big) back!
This was my second time visiting Corey B. Cookin Seafood and More. I tried something different this time and was very pleased. Everything was delicious and seasoned to perfection! I ordered the Seafood Smothered Rice and Fried okra. The Seafood Smothered Rice was so good. When I added the sriracha sauce it was like a party in my mouth. ( I need a bottle of that) I could taste the seafood in each bite. It reminded me of a lobster bisque. Very rich in flavor. The customer service was excellent very professional and timely. I will most definitely recommend everyone to frequent Corey B. Cookin Seafood and More restaurant. Great prices. Great food. Great service! A 10/10!
This place is amazing great food great people great atmosphere. If you ever find yourself on the East Side of Oklahoma City Oklahoma and you’re close to NE 23rd Thursday -Sunday evening this is the PERFECT place to get you some Good fixings and some extra tasty VITTLES!

I thought I had already posted a review but this is some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life. I would eat here every day if I could. Sorry Corey that dumb ass Brendon doesn’t know how to look at the times that you’re open
First timer checking in, I heard about this place watching foodie content online... I had to check it out, the service and the food was really good... I ordered the snapper fish plate with collard greens and some mac and cheese... The fish was so good the collard greens were also, it has a spicy kick to them also... Just want to let know you in case you try them, the mac and cheese was good... This place is definitely a must try and I will be back to try other things on the menu as well
